Permits Pulled, Design Finalized

Once you approve the proposal, we handle every permit application, building department submission, and design drawing. We manage the full permit process so you don't have to.

Construction

Build Phase — Managed Daily

Our crew arrives on the agreed start date and works the agreed schedule. Vladimir is on-site regularly, and you have direct phone access throughout — not a middleman, not a call center.

We don't consider a project complete until you do. The final walkthrough is thorough — every fixture, every finish, every sealant line. Every punch-list item resolved before we close out.

Do you handle the permits yourselves, or is that on me?+
We handle every permit. From architectural drawings to building department submissions to final inspection scheduling — it's all on us. You'll never need to step foot in a permit office or understand LA's jurisdiction patchwork.
What does "fixed-price" actually mean? Can prices change?+
If it's in the scope document, the price doesn't change. Change orders only occur if you request something outside the original scope, or if we uncover a hidden structural issue that couldn't have been discovered before opening walls — which we always disclose immediately and transparently.
How long does a typical kitchen or bathroom remodel take?+
A bathroom remodel typically runs 3–5 weeks from start date. A kitchen remodel is typically 5–8 weeks. A full home remodel or ADU construction runs 10–20+ weeks depending on scope and permit complexity. We provide a detailed schedule milestone document before construction begins.
Will I have a direct line to Vladimir, or am I dealing with assistants?+
Vladimir is your primary contact from consultation through final walkthrough. You'll have his direct number. He personally walks every active job site and signs off on every inspection. You're dealing with the owner of the company, every time.
Do I need to vacate my home during construction?+
It depends on scope. For single-room remodels, most homeowners stay in the home — we seal the work zone and protect common areas. For full home remodels or multi-phase projects, we advise on a case-by-case basis. We build the schedule with your daily life in mind.
